Growing up Tracy lived all over the country and thus gained a lot of experience moving in and out of homes. Several years ago, Tracy and her husband moved to Texas to be closer to their grandchildren. After living 30 years in the Northeast they love the Texas climate!
Tracy's background is in arts administration. She enjoys working with people and helping them to prepare their homes for listing by decluttering, rearranging furniture, and making needed repairs. Tracy is so good at it that this process often makes our clients fall in love with their home all over again!
Each member of the team plays a vital role and we could not do what we do without Tracy Beyl! Presentation is everything when selling a home. More than 90% of the time, when clients follow Tracy's step by step and very detailed advice, their home sells QUICK! Those that don't follow her advice often have their homes sitting on the market longer than desired.
