Tracy Weiss is a native Houstonian who has proudly called Sugar Land home for the past 25 years. With deep roots in the community, Tracy brings both local insight and operational expertise to her role as Director of Operations for The Cathy Stubbs Team, while also serving as a licensed Real Estate Agent.

With a strong background in sales and experience as a Territory Manager overseeing South Texas, Tracy understands how to lead, strategize, and execute at a high level. Her unique blend of leadership, organization, and client-focused service ensures seamless operations and exceptional experiences for both clients and agents alike.
