Sawyer Swinford was born in The Woodlands and raised in Magnolia, where she proudly graduated from Magnolia West High School, giving her a deep, authentic connection to the community she serves. Having watched the area grow and evolve over the past decade, Sawyer brings clients a level of local insight that can only come from lived experience, paired with a genuine passion for the lifestyle, schools, and long-term growth of the area.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing, which works hand in hand with her real estate career.
